On the Sunday closest to the Feast of St. Francis, lover of all creation, join other pet lovers for an informal blessing from a Franciscan Friar and a Buddhist Nun

After the Blessing, join us (with your pet) at the Kilbride Centre for refreshments

Wednesday 25th August
"The Sacred Stones"
A winner of a United Nations Peace Prize for media this is a powerful story of reconciliation between indigenous and white Australia.Following the death of John Flynn a large rock was taken from the 'Devils Marbles' to mark his gravesite. Years later, in recognition that the rock was stolen from sacred ground, it was returned to its rightful owners.

" Parliament of World Religions"
Originally broadcast as 'Celebrate Easter, this documentary highlights the youth activities at the Parliament of World Religions, Melbourne 2009. It showcases the enthusiasm for inter faith understanding from young people.

Wednesday 8th September
" Picking Up the Pieces"
A story of grief and loss in our modern world as well as a very personal story about death and dying as the producer looks back on the deaths of his own mother and father.
