Desert Retreat

Join Spiritual Directors and Retreat Leaders; Cath Connelly and Kristen Hobby as we
journey to the heart of the Victorian desert.

This retreat will begin and end in beautiful Halls Gap and then venture for 3 days and
nights into the Little Desert National Park.

There will be opportunities for reflection, meditation,
music, art and Spiritual Direction in the amazing
backdrop of the desert. Part silent retreat, part
spiritual pilgrimage.

Numbers are strictly limited to 6 participants with all meals, 
accommodation and entrance fees included.

This world-wide ecumenical program is designed to offer faith communities in a local area, the opportunity to reflect and respond to God’s Presence in life.

A Reflective Prayer Session (morning, afternoon, twilight, or evening)

In a group experience, we sculpt a quiet space to notice God’s loving presence just where we are.

Each one-off experiential session centres on one or more of the following themes:
Scripture, Images, Music, Review of the Day, Silence, Imaginative Prayer, Poetry or centering Prayer.

The above opportunities are offered by Kilbride Prayer Guides at the request of parishes or groups of parishes.
